I was the lead UX writer for Acuvue.com. While I was on the team, we tested and implemented sweeping improvements to accessibility, ensuring that our page design and content were on brand, engaging and accessible to all our users. I also led efforts to improve conversion across the site through copy and content testing and iteration.

The jnjvisionpro.com portal for healthcare professionals was also a large part of my day-to-day work. We had to ensure that optometrist, ophthalmologist and other eyecare providers and their staff had a site that was easy to use, offered them helpful training and research, and in the end helped us boost orders for our client.

I also worked on the larger jjvision.com corporate site, ensuring the brand story came to life with an accessible, engaging user experience.
