I'm good at making complicated stuff easy for normal folks to understand and connect with on an emotional level. I gather all the details, speak with experts and engineers, pick apart product features - and then tell a story that takes users from curiosity to conversion. I've done content for a diverse variety of industries and audiences - automotive, beverage, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, financial, home and garden, non-profit, and more.
I’ve been working in marketing and advertising for over 10 years at agencies and on inside creative teams. I take the lead on projects, and I take time to mentor and collaborate with the writers and other creatives around me.
The best part is, I love what I do.

Social Media Event Support
In late 2017, I helped out with the live event social media support for The Women's Convention. I was in charge of monitoring twitter traffic and retweeting relevant posts.
STORY Gathering
In September 2017, I attended STORY Gathering in Nashville, Tennessee. STORY is a conference for storytellers and creatives from all backgrounds. My biggest takeaways were learning how to make stories more human and true -- and therefore captivating.
Web Content & Conversion
In April 2016, I attended ConversionXL Live in Austin, TX, a conference focused on increasing conversion on websites through content, including a special workshop on writing conversion-based copy for landing pages.
